The Healthy Food Made Easy (HFME) Programme is a basic nutrition and cookery course that encourages healthy eating, improves knowledge of nutrition for making easy to cook meals and teaches the skill of preparing meals on a budget. The course content is based on the most up-to-date healthy eating guidelines from the Department of Health. This course fits ideally with Junior Cycle Wellbeing and Transition Year programmes.
